Can I order images online?
All images in the online gallery may be ordered for private usage directly over the shopping cart function. The Gallery displays only a fraction of the photos I have on file. If you require anything special or have any questions, just contact me.
Will images include the watermark as displayed in the gallery?
Developed photographs ordered over the website will have no watermark.
What size should I order?
In general, the bigger the photo, the greater the impact it will have when you hang it on your wall. That's why you won't find prints smaller than A4 or 12inch wide in the online gallery. You can order photos up to 20 inch online. If you require photos larger than that, please contact me and I will custom price them.
What is the difference between Standard paper and Fuji Flex?
Fuji Flex photographic paper has a high gloss, which boosts colours, contrast and maintains sharpness. Fuji Flex also maintains colour accuracy a lot longer then standard paper prints. So if you are after artwork that lasts several decades within protective framing, please spend a few extra Dollars on Fuji Flex prints. You won't regret it!
Can I be assured to get high quality photographs?
We use only the best professional photographic paper from Fuji and KODAK on a Durst Lambda photographic printer in a professional photographic laboratory for the best colour vibrancy, sharpness and durability.
What payment options are available?
Choosing Paypal as the checkout-option in the shopping cart is the fastest and easiest way to pay with your credit card, even if you don't have a Paypal account! The processing is done via Paypal's secure website. You can also verify that aabz-imaging as a genuine, registered business with Paypal.
The other option is to email me your order. You can choose that option upon checkout in the shopping cart. Once I receive it I will send you an invoice with the total amount which needs to be deposited into my bank account before the order will be processed.
I outside Australia. Can I still order your prints?
Yes, you are most welcome to do so. Photographs are delivered worldwide. They are rolled and packed carefully in a packaging tube to ensure you will receive your order undamaged. All items are sent using registered post and are insured against loss or damage. It is recommended that you inspect the order on delivery and notify the transport company immediately if there is any damage. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery, depending on where you live.
I am concerned about ordering over the internet - how do I know that your offer is genuine?
I can ensure you that photographs from aabz-imaging are of very high quality. We use professional high resolution full frame digital SLR cameras with highest quality lenses. All the photos we sell through the online gallery are backed with a 100% satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the purchase, your money will be refunded excluding shipping costs. Photographs must be returned in their original state and packaging on your expense within 31 days. Please understand that no refunds will be given if the photo has been damaged or shows any sign of usage.
I would like my image mounted or framed. Can you do that?
Photographs can be mounted with mat board upon request. Please note that there will be a surcharge and costs for freight will increase. Please request before placing your order. Professional framing service is available for local pickup only, but will be available for shipped items in the near future.
Can I use your images in my advertising brochure?
Yes, most of the images are available for commercial use. The gallery and portfolio include only a small selection of images I have on file. Please read this information.
